- The time for Plenary Lectures is 45 minutes
- The time for Invited and Keynote Lectures is 30 minutes
- The time for Oral Presentations is 15 minute
Each meeting room is equipped with a Windows PC (for Microsoft Power Point and PDF formats).
The files of presentation should be in .ppt/.pptx and .pdf format. The sizes of presentations could be 16:9 or 4:3.
You should upload your presentation before your session in the Executive Room B. Morning speakers are kindly requested to provide their presentation on USB the day before their talk is scheduled. Afternoon speakers are kindly requested to provide their presentation on USB before the lunch break.There will be support staff in each room.
In addition, you could see previously your presentation in the Executive Room B, located on the ground floor of the Exhibition and Congress Centre (CEC). This room will be provided with a computer similar to the ones installed in the Main Room and Rooms 1 and 2.
The conferences include two well-attended poster sessions on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 and Thursday, June 13, 2019.
Authors will show a detailed summary of their work. During the two hours session (between 17:00 and 19:00 h), poster presenters be standing with their posted materials to lead discussions and answer questions.
The poster boards will be 2.5 m (8.2 ft.) height by 1 m (3.3 ft.) width. Please make your poster no larger than these dimensions to ensure it fits nicely into the allotted space.
We suggest the following formats: 120 cm x 90 cm, 4 ft. x 3 ft., or A0 format (118.9 cm x 84.1 cm).
Posters should be mounted in the morning of the day on which they are scheduled and should be removed in the evening, no later than 19:30 hours. Supplies for mounting posters will be provided by the posters support staff at the Posters Area. Each poster will have an assigned board with a code corresponding to the one reported in the Booklet Programme and this book.
For security reasons, the participants are requested to wear their ID badge during all the conference activities, including the social events.
To access the Internet using WiFi, participants are encouraged to connect to the CEC network, the password for free WiFi access can be obtained from the Conference desk, after presentation of a valid ID.
